Since Jun. 2009, CrownRe started the research and development of spherical yttrium oxide, and in March of 2012, customers successfully finished the application test, which represents that CrownRe broke the technology of Japan and America on this product.

This material- Spherical yttrium oxide Y2O3, is widely used in plasma spray coating on aerospace, semiconductor etching, LED/LCD etching, functional ceramic, atomic energy etc. And CrownRe also developed new functional coating materials-Spherical Yttrium fluoride YF3, Yttrium oxyfluoride YOF/Y5O4F7 , and YOF composite and some other granule/spherical coating materials.
